I have been with All County Heartland Property Mgmt for about 6 to 7 months since I closed on a package of 5 singles in OKC. I interviewed a number of PMs in the area before acquisition as I live out of state. I found his co. on thumbtack and I ended up searching for the co. name online and contacted them before my acquisition and after submitting my online request Bill called me within 30 minutes and answered all my questions and was very reasonable in adjusting the contract a little as I was buying 5 properties at once. I certainly will look into expanding my RE portfolio in the coming months and years in OKC and will not think of anyone else for my PM needs. All County did an excellent job getting a tenant within two weeks of signing up. So far, the overall best part is the communication. They get back to you usually the moment you text, call, or email her but absolutely no later than 24 hours. This is a big help if you have something going on or need to check on the property and you're somewhere on the other side of the world.
