Bob Miller, of All County Polk Property Management, has done an outstanding job for us in the first four months of our contract He found a renter for our property, did a thorough background check, and had the home occupied in less that two weeks. The home was rented for more than we had anticipated, and the rent has been paid promptly. He found a new pool service and a new lawn maintenance service. They are doing at least as good a job as the people we had been using, and will save us $360 a year as well. During the last four months he has seen to several minor repairs, promptly and to the renter's satisfaction. We are very happy with his services; he has exceeded our expectations.
