Tim Davis has been involved in Real Estate for 30 years. He has experience as a Builder / Developer and Remodeler along with buying, managing and selling commercial and residential real estate. He has a vast knowledge of building construction and maintenance issues as he owned a large remodeling firm for 20 years. His passion is to add value to people’s lives by helping them solve their real estate needs.
A long time resident of Lakeland, Tim loves his community. By volunteering at his local church and Rotary club he gives back to make a difference. He also is a Past President of the Polk County Builders Association and was named 2008 “Builder of the Year” for his service.
Sandi Davis has an extensive background in business administration and finance. Her understanding of finance and business gives her the experience to administer the systems and processes of All County® Polk Property Management. She is a licensed real estate professional and understands the need for professional management of real estate assets.
Sandi is a native Floridian and has been involved in local charities. She volunteers regularly at her local church and different events. Tim & Sandi have worked side by side for over 15 years.
Bobby Miller, a 3rd generation Florida native and Polk County realtor, places positive rapport and ongoing communication as his priorities. Initial assessment through a client interview allows Bobby to meet the client’s needs. One conversation with Bobby leads to complete confidence in his knowledge of the historical and current Polk County housing market, and current local housing trends.
Bobby is degreed in Business Administration and Accounting from Shorter College and Florida Southern College, respectively.

Allen is a proud native of Lakeland and a graduate of Lakeland Senior High School. He earned a BS degree in Communications from the University of Florida and received a minor in Russian, completing classes from Moscow State University in Russia and was member of Pride of the Sunshine Marching Band.
Since 1998 Allen has proudly served his community as a Polk County Emergency Medical Technician which has helped with his vast knowledge of the surrounding areas. Allen married his college sweetheart “Christy” in 1999, and in sharing a passion for travel in their spare time, they have visited 17 countries and have traveled to all 7 continents of the world. Together they raise their son “Riley” and have another son “Cameron” on the way.
Allen quickly became involved in real estate after purchasing his first income property in 2001. Since then Allen’s dedication, hard work and attention to detail has provided him invaluable first-hand knowledge of almost all aspects relating to the complete renovations and management of his 6 independent rental units.
Allen joined All County Polk Property Management in 2011 as a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor. Through his own property management experience, he appreciates the Peace of Mind of making sure a job is completed correctly the first time. He understands how to maximize the value of a dollar and he understands the need to customize a plan around your needs.
